Today, Mirage Game Studios released their 11th dev diary for Space for Sale! The team is having a good old LAN-Party (remember, it's still online two-player co-op!), in which Lead Artist Toby and Lead Designer Grahn show you how you can work together in co-op when exploring new planets. Will you roam the unknown planet together or split up to work more efficiently? There are three planets for you and your friend to explore, so get out there are start building! Streamline your efforts (work smarter, not harder!), synchronize your gear to complement one another, and set your sights on a shared cosmic objective.

In addition to its single-player mode, Space for Sale offers an outstanding online co-op experience for two players, enabling you and a companion to seamlessly drop in and out of the game. Only the host's world will retain the progress, and only the host can save the game, though both players have access to the same elements and will earn achievements together. If you start a new world, you start from the beginning.

Local Cooperative Mode is a MUST for couples!

This game looks incredibly sweet for us as a couple but sadly, the store page only lists online cooperative games. I plead for the devs to consider making a local offline cooperative mode. If the UI gets in the way (I assume there is plenty of menu browsing for building stuff) you could look at Out of Space for inspiration, that game too has a building / shopping menu but works great for any amount of players (anyone can use it, but only one can control it at a time), doesn't get in the way (hiding screens...
