When?

Really wanted to try this but its just unplayable for me currently with these problems.

Does this work at all for the index? I get a loading screen but the audio comes through. The visuals are running on the monitor only. Then it crashes my SteamVR when i exit out.

I launched the game after downloading, but once the game told me to follow the path to the right of the habitat, I discovered that the controllers do absolutely nothing no matter which buttons are pressed. How can I enable my controllers for movement?

My computer does not have VR. Can I play this game ? thanks.
