Can't Move (vive)

So I downloaded the demo, I have an original vive, no movement or rotation works, and when I enter the pause menu it teleports my character way up into the sky. I tried editing the controller bindings but none of things I tried were able to make movement controls work....

Y-Axis Shooting Issue

Using Standard HTC Vive and Controllers. Why do we need to point our hands down to shoot straight? Please fix the Gun Angle. If my hand is straight, it should shoot straight, not upward.
