I have played for roughly an hour on the steam deck and my save has now gone. Is this game still supported by the developer and will there be a fix?

1. Are there any promotional content? (I.E. Anything only available for a limited time or more complicated than just buying DLC) 2. Is there anything permanently missable, even rewards for fulfilling specific conditions? 3. Is this game identical on all platforms, including the Switch version having an in-game achievement system? (Also, the PlayStation version seems to have way less trophies) 4. Are there any bonuses for having save data from a different video game? 5. How hard is the game to fully complet...

When I get to the menu that says 'New Game' I can't select any of the options. I can't even exit the game. They don't highlight, inputs do nothing, and I'm stuck on the first menu of the game. I heard good things about it, and it's a bummer. I have tried a bunch of different things to solve this, no dice....

I am talking about the one shown in this video https://youtu.be/KdSNHDQKFx0?feature=shared&t=105, which apparently is the only one showing that level. Has anyone been able to reach those apples?

Which level is easiest for this achievement?
