Stuck on Language Selection

On HTC Cosmos, tried trigger, pad, side, menu; no button seems to work on either selecting the languages or 'continue'. (yet I do see ray indicator on my right controller that also goes away when I press trigger) I would appreciate some tip if this is not a bug (tried restarting the game few times too)...
