Are achievements broken ?

Hi, I quickly skimmed through the game without play it (skip, skip) and noticed things that could be improved. Now, for the price the workmanship is really good. 1. The loading of the game to get to the menu is terribly long (4 minutes of loading ), which is annoying. There must be a problem somewhere or it's my computer but that would be strange. 2. Noticed after three and a half, then eight minutes, and again at eleven minutes it's just the video. I was getting a little antsy but I just got so antsy that I closed it right after that, when it started to change into the game. But I didn't wait long enough. But srsly, how long into the game does the game actually start just the unknown of staring at my computer reading the subtitles was just annoying for 11 minutes. I don't mean it in a bad way.
