I couldn't play the original block n load because my laptop couldn't run it, now that I have a powerful gaming laptop I can't play it either due to the fact that nobody is playing it. any news on the release date?

Greetings Blockheads
A quick update regarding Beta Testing and release.
We will be postponing the next phase of Beta Testing until later next year, which obviously also means release won't be this year.
At the moment I can't give you any more specifics as to when the next testing phase will happen, or what we've been working on, but we will let you know as soon as we are able to.

Closed Beta Testing news

Greetings Blockheads!
We wanted to say a huge thank you to all of you that have participated in the Closed Beta Tests.
We will now take a longer pause from Beta Testing so that we can focus on fixing all the issues, improving performance, balancing etc, and take the necessary time to re-visit and go through all your feedback and bug reports.

If it is not too much to ask, could you please balance the weapons similarly to team fortress 2?

There is a chance that what I am asking is impossible or requires too much hard work so I will not insist if the answer is no. There is not a single game in the industry with team fortress 2's weapon balancing phylosophy. In team fortress 2 the side-grades for the weapons do more than just change basic stats. For example in other games you are given the chance to replace a weapon with an other similar one which deals less damage but has a higher firing rate and larger magazine. DEVS: Don't screw it up twice!

JAGEX completely screwed up. By giving the game away to beta testers, then takeing it away. then making us pay for the game, then um... its free again and those who paid for it are screwed. I am one of those. It devastated the player base which was strong during beta testing and release. If they hadn't killed the player base they had during beta and let those guys keep the game for free, it could have taken off by word of mouth like rocket league.
