Main story is fine but if you are exploring the patched in events then you need to find the lord and his party in some corner of the underwater dungeon, its roughly West of the objective room. You also need to find your companions at night behind the church and through the window of the lords joint, and on a few occasions you need to find either some guys in the woods (hard west from the entrance) or head into the mountains first screen for some progress. I've completed the game, got to the epilogue... is there any NG+ options that I'm missing? If I start a New Game from the menu it's literally a new game with no saving of the CG/scene collection... if I wanted to "catch them all" do I need to start afresh and hope not to miss one? ta...
