no free upgrade?

I had bought this i think a year ago because i had fond memories of it back on the Xbox 360. here in the last few weeks i bought the BR1 & BR2 remasters think alright cool can play these two while i wait for the upgrade. didn't remember when it was supposed to be released but went and checked to find out that its already out?! i was for sure that no only did the original BR games had free upgrades to original owners but that betrayal said they were going to do the same?! i would love to play the newer ve...
