Just bought after playing demo on steam deck and just won’t get past first screen at all? Please help? Great game from demo but now can’t play. Thanks.

Im on NG+ 4 hours played, I dont know how to change my starter weapon

Tagging this game as a roguevania alone makes anything these devs ♥♥♥♥ out worthy of not recommending. Clearly they are either very stupid and gaming illiterate and cannot be trusted as devs, or they are liars who only want a very stupid ignorant customer base.... either way its not very pragmatic. Because anyone attracted to the roguevania tag, will be instantly annoyed and disappointed when they see the video and will probably lose any potential respect they might have had for the company distributin...

Just recently bought the game but when I go to launch it on my deck it starts the game and then just sits on the initial screen (purple background with boulders) but there is no menu or anything, just music. I've tried restarting my deck, re-verifying all files, changing it to proton experimental, nothing seems to work. Just each time it launches to that screen and sits there. Any help is appreciated....

Will there be a proper windowed mode or does anyone have tips to save window settings proper? Currently I need to go to settings and set it to fullscreen on the resolution I want the window to be every time I start it up, then use alt+enter and drag it to where I want. Wouldn't be so bad if it was just the last parts, but after closing the next time it'll be fullscreen at the wrong resolution, even if it still says the resolution I want in the settings. I have to change resolution and apply twice to get it...
