To me it looks like one of the cars is based on the Lada Riva. Is the hatchback based on a Skoda?

Maybe a stupid question but how do I save the game? I don't see that option anywhere but I would like to quit the game and drive exactly same configuration of my car on the next day without rebuilding it again :/ Thank you all for help :D
