Hey :) Does anyone know how to get that "secret reward: came out clean from this sh$t" achievement? I cannot find it anywhere else :/

Anyone knows how to use the achievement rewards on Achievement showcase profile? It doesn't let me showcase as it don't show on selecting games' achievement.
