We need a global version that includes other languages please

I have been folllowing this game for a while,but is region locked now.It cannot be purchased if you're in other regions. We need a global version that includes other languages,for example Chinese and English please! May be you can do the same in Playstation or Nintendo switch,I'll buy it....
