The game plays at double the speed on my setup, it's pretty much unplayable. Are there any ways to fix this?

Hey, so I tried to run this game with two different controllers: An 8bitdo SF30, and an Xbox one Bluetooth one. The d-pad and analogue sticks won't work on either controllers. I also tried working with them while plugged in, but the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?...

So...I'm really enjoying the game, but two things are bothering me about the recent version. Firstly, I could've *sworn* the crushers in Stage 4 were supposed to have collision set up, but I think the update broke that. I can just phase right through them with no harm, even if I try to get crushed. Even bullets only hit the tips of them about 1% of the time. Secondly...the ending in Normal Mode.
