Game keeps crashing at different points. Have not been able to fix this problem with hard-booting the game. Any suggestions as to resolving this issue?

At a point where i have to duck or get hit by spikes and can't duck. Please help.

40€ for this kind of game? I love the series, it's so fun but I really doubt the game is as much fun or even worth that much money.

Started playing the game in Coop. Controls for player 1 are: WASD+ Mouse for hitting a.s.o. Controls for player 2 are the arrows, on seperate numberpad "2" is for jumping, "4" for hitting. However, I can't get the special ability of Claire working. It says it's arrow and "+" or "-" but that combination doesn't do anything. Does anyone know how to use her ability?...
