I've been waiting for this game and I downloaded it this am. but it saids its gamefile have been omissioned. I've did everything to start this game and doesn't work! what's the matter?

When I logged into the game, the game doesn't respond to any key i pressed on my keyboard. So basically I just stuck at the main menu. Any idea?
