How far are you supposed to go? Is there an obvious goal point? I keep dying in the middle...

it would be cool the add a fungus that will instead be immobile and the way you infect is with a tendril that you can control to grow the fungus

When playing Entamoeba on hard in the Lungs, the monocytes can kill the clones when trapped in the white circles. Which is unusual and makes the levels 10x longer.

A clone i made spawned and brushed slightly against a cell in the Liver stage and infected it but DIDNT stick to it. It then properly stuck to another cell and the cells both exploded. I wish i could screenshot it but it happened too fast

Start with at least a basic window mode, please. Beat the game and it reverts to fullscreen. When not full screen, you can't move it unless you amoeba your way across the screen. When the game is paused, there is no menu options to change settings. Achievements are bugged in some fashion. I started off with the Entamoeba one completed without having played the game first....
