I can't highlight achievements, the game name doesn't appear. Already restart Steam and it continues, is it a Steam bug?

It was in a level before 18, but i did not write it down. This is where most people, including me, draw the line. You can't have 3 or more identical pieces in these games, this will only get you downvotes. I did solve it, it did bug out & did not register, no chance i'll do it again. With diferent form pieces, or pieces fixed ater being in the correct place, there would be no problem, but not like this....
