What engine makes this game ?

So I love the premise of the game but I think there could be a few changes made to make the game better. Instead of using the selection wheel(default Middle Mouse) and then hovering over what you want, it would be easier if when you're in the selection wheel to add corresponding numbers to each selection. That way if I wanted to deploy a certain troop in mass I could hit say 0,3 in rapid succession. Would it be much work to add an option to buy 2x, 3x or 4x copies of the game at once (with little discount ;-))
