1. Steam overlay doesn't work 2. because of 1, I couldn't take a screenshot, when during a car chase, it had a tile left with nothing to use it for and the cars just drifted off the screen slowly and I had to abandon the chase...

I running Win 7 and a GTX690 video. I've tried several compatability setting but it won't start. The screen goes black for a few seconds then desktop again. How do I get this to work???
