All I can get when I hit escape is "Continue, Retry, Photo Mode" with the option to pause the music (which usually doesn't work) - I can't even find an EXIT option, I need to Alt-F4. Am I missing something? I'd like to turn off/turn down music, select windowed mode, and perhaps adjust keybinds. Where can I find those?...

Is this bugged? I did all of them and 1st placed in each, but I didn't get it yet.

The excellence of the first three quarters of the game is the simplicity of dealing with obstacles and the technical mixups of ramps and drifting turns - you never lose your agency. Crabs throw this out the window. anyone know a good stage to farm on or is it just play over and over till you get enough. 100k seems steep for the achievement but oh well lol
