hello...my game doesn't open the option for new items and it only remains in the initial items, is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening?

is a super fun game but unplayable , customers throw their purchased items on the ground for whatever reason , do we do this in real life no right , and after the update I do nothing but clean up and not fun

I had a rough day and I had a ton of customers drop and walk out. IDK what happened but my stockers stopped refilling the shelves. So I was trying to pick up all the bags but it got to the point all the shelves were full and overstock was full. I had boxes in my had I couldnt put down because I had items that didnt have spots on any shelf. Is there a way to drop boxes on the ground? Just drop them as a bag? If not, def need one for situations like this...

りんごを売りたくなくてわざと置いてないのですが客がイチイチりんごが無いと表示を出してきて正直ウザイです。もとから売ってないようには出来ないのでしょうか。
