🐞 Fixed save slot counter not updating after deletion.
🐞 Fixed save UI not selecting a new index after confirming a deletion.
🐞 Fixed being unable to delete pre-selected save file in save menu.
🐞 Fixed save game modal not showing override save name.
🐞 Fixed Yes No popup receiving input after closing.
🐞 Fixed deleted saves still showing up in list on occasion.
