I have searched everywhere and can’t find this first crab location 😭 anyone know?

I have been rollig around all over the map with the L00K-IT active while spamming the interact button but can't find anything! I even tried save & exit, going to the next day, but nothing! it worked just fine with the hidden quest items.

Does it actually matter what number of sushi? Like I kept giving people number 2 and they were asking for 1.
