How do I adjust the screen resolution?

The game seems to be auto-detecting my screen as 780p instead of full HD. How can I change the settings? In a game where you are required to see things sharply, the loss of definition has made a pretty big dent in enjoyment.

Compatibility mode for this game is broken so you'll need to adjust settings manually. 1. Set resolution to 1024x768 2. Set text scaling to 100% 3. Run the game. 4. Play the game 5. Have fun!
