This game looks like the game i been having dreams of, whats the cons and pros.

i have to play chaos galaxy 1 before 2 or i can start from 2?

I noticed this game was released on the NIntendo Switch yesterday for US$20 (with a temporary launch price of US $17), while the Steam PC version sells for US $15. Is there some difference between the two versions, or is this simply a mistake with the Switch version price? Having played several game months with the demo game, I still don't know how the hell I can build ships and mechas. But since the very first space battle shows a very cheating AI, I just won't play it anymore. So it doesn't matter.
