See title. Any state that has same day voter registration will experience approximately 100% voter turnout. I'm unsure if this is a display bug where the information is just incorrect or the simulation is pulling the wrong group of voters in the election simulation on a deeper level, but every state with the policy active will have 100% turnout in elections....
