Hello i am an european and i don't understand the jail times in the game. So my case is this i am a politician member of the city council of San Diego, i want to write a legistlation to modify some sentences.I press to make a new legistlation, i want for this specific legistlation to modify violent crime sentences.But when i press violent crimes jail length, i was surprised to see the sentences for violent crime in San Diego is only 5 years???!!!!, when i see on the movies and shows the sentences for viole...
