I love this game. Any chance of a follow up or sequel type thing?

I managed to fall outside the world into the void, dunno if you're supposed to do that. Climbed to top of space room, went around border (was jumping on occasion), fell through at one point.

So there I was, casually browsing Steam™ Store. Looking for more BAD-ASS retro FPS games to play, because I am bored of playing the same 3 games over and over, and needed a break from playing Postal 2, aimlessly mutilating digital corpses. Trying to get the Lisa achievement and I have a feeling I might have borked something. I remember clicking the photo and finding the ghost, but I don't guess I interacted with it since I didn't get the 'chieve. Now that I go back to find it again after looking it up, both the picture and ghost seem to be totally gone. I'm not even sure that particular loop is happening anymore since I've otherwise totally completed the map. Did I mess something up or am I just missing whatever it was I did to find it t...
