So... technically this game is censored / 100% uncensored? If, uncensored, it's come originally or maybe a patch for it?

Ok, the game has no setting whatsoever, specially for resolution. I played it on my 4K monitor and what I faced was a large blind area on all directions. I can go inside this area but can't see it, and somehow I get stuck and unable to turn back. I then tried the game on a VM, reduced its resolution for 1080p. Now I see what dev meant.
