Accidentally selected Japanese when I started, now I can't find the option to change language to English. Does anybody know how to fix this?

What does this game have as options for online co-op? My son likes it, he lives with his mother. Can we play the story mode together online? Or can we only Pvp? (when I look at the tags in the steam store, it only shows "single player" and "PvP".

I just start the game and I really am a fan of zoro, but is he strong in this game? Or I should play other characters first?

In the Grand Line Treasure Log fight "Fight for the Throne", where the prize is a Gold Blackbeard coin, I cannot get most "major" enemies to appear. The first few appear, and I can defeat them (typically Drake, Perospero, and Jack). After I defeat Jack, Doflamingo "appears" and heads to the land of Drought. I have to intercept him before that, or else he turns the whole battlefield Red. However, his character never actually appears, nor does any other "major" enemy on the map (Pica, Diamante, Katakuri,...
