i have the game all zoomed to the top left of the screen how do i fix it?

There's nothing more frustrating than to hear all the other sounds of the game, EXCEPT the voices, Japanese or otherwise. The 3 preceding games by default had Japanese dub and English subtitles, but all I'm getting are the subtitles, no voices at all. It's really annoying and weird after hearing Kiryu speak for so long. In the Audio menu, though, there's no way to change language settings, nor in any of the other menus. Is there some setup program I need to run to get Japanese voices with English subti...
