Trying to get every mod i have 1 left to find and i've been smearing my face against every wall to find it. is there a complete mod list out there?

I played and researched and i was almost super sure that i had all Stocks but it said i only had 39 (max is 40). But i started a new save to get all from scratch and see what i am missing but in the run i realise that when i DEFENETLY had got 38 stocks (all except backstag-y looking area stocks) it sais im only having 36... Something is bugged im sure and i cant get my achievment... Makes me very sad :<...

It is unclear to me how am I supposed to go about completing this quest. Crowdkillers are the enemies in the pits of the Pocalyps concert, but what do I have to do to them? I read the gig description again and again, but it just goes over my head. I feel like I'm missing something obvious. Please advise....
