What is the keybind to use these? I set them on a table and nothing happens except moving it to and from inventory

I bought the Trimmer L and the Pollinator L, but if i put Weed in and use the ON-Button, it doesn't make something. What the Trick with this two Items?

I just bought this game, and as soon as I load in, the cursor begins moving to the left, uncontrollable and makes the game completely unplayable, any fixes for this? I have tried mouse and keyboard, and using my game controller, uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times, verified files, nothing fixes this issue....
