Submarines are falling from the sky and it’s up to you to destroy them. Leap from the water, smash helicopters out of the air, purchase and equip unique and dangerous upgrades from the shop, and send your enemies some torpedoes (or lasers).

BUGS FIXED - V1.1

We've been doing some maintenance on your SUB and found lots of broken buttons and stuff like that. Our really impressive engineers have fixed you up, ready to head back into the salty blue water of the sea! Also, keep an eye out on that shopkeeper guy. He looks super sketchy...

Version 1.1 Changelog

Changes

Slightly reduced difficulty in all modes
Getting struck by lightning now boosts you slightly upwards
Ammo no longer spawns when you’re out of the screen area
The lazer weapon now shoots slightly faster
Increased the price of the lazer upgrade from 100 to 140
Sharks and support heli’s now get carried up inside tornadoes
You now get 1 scrap for killing the shopkeeper
Increased the price of pet sharks from 30 to 40
Slightly decreased the health of pet sharks
You can now shoot enemy torpedoes
Sharks now eat Noah
The screen freezes for slightly longer after being hit

Bug Fixes

Fixed the Octo boss attacks not hurting the player at times
Fixed some text not showing correctly
Mines explode when entering the shop
Fixed a crash where you’d kill the shopkeeper with the Fork Sub
Fixed the BOSS’D achievement
Fixed the combo multiplier still depleting when the game is paused
Changed the FLIGHT achievement image
Fork Sub now stabs your support heli
Fixed player hit effect happening when stating a run or buying HP

LEADERBOARDS UPDATE - V1.05

Due to unauthorized experimentation around the lab, your assigned SUB was fitted out with a top of the line yet unnecessary receiving and uploading system. You can now track your abilities online across the entire world with Steam leaderboards! How brilliant!

Changes

The shield upgrade now protects against boss attacks
Options now automatically save
Better and more efficient storing of score data (due to this, highscores have been erased, although progress is still saved)
Limited the maximum amount of explosion particles
Elite bosses are now more common at higher difficulties
Slightly lowered chances of a tornado
Slightly reduce hard mode difficulty

Bug Fixes

Fixed some upgrade prices being incorrect
Fixed some objects and boss’ not pausing correctly
The mine upgrade no longer spawns mines when the game is paused
Spelling fixes (go me)
A few bugs fixed with the tornado

Question & Comment

What factors into the speed at which the difficulty level increases? Is it based on enemy kills? Not taking damage? Scrap collected? I had a situation where the "sale tag" item was 50% off in the shop. It cost 20 with the discount. I had 25. However, shooting it wouldn't register as a purchase for me....
