Game crashes on launch?

I've been trying to launch the game since i got it and it'll do like a half second showing the loading progress bar and just close without ever launching the game. and it's not hidden in my tasks. has anyone else run into this issue?

Chapter 2 BUG - replaying the game

Hi. I've completed the game once, but every time I begin chapter 2 weather that be from going from new game or selecting the chapter, Winston will not give the clue I need to proceed. He's acting like i"m just one step away.

Any hints on this? Is this unlocked in chapter 5? I've tried playing back Enis sing his song or talking about it to Michelle, but it seems like this isn't the right path.

Unable to play at all?

I might be missing something here, but I start the game, and it wants to calibrate... Great! I need to press the key I chose to pause or open menu... Wait, what? I have just started the game and it has given me no choices whatsoever... Wait, there's a settings icon... I click it... It gives me an option to look at the crontrols... Great! I click it... Nothing happens, but I see no controls, and the only thing the game responds to from that point on is a hard close through windows task manager... Any help?...

Now THIS is how you make a proper short narrative single-player experience!

An interesting story that made your actions have an impact. You have to truly listen to what they're saying to figure out where to go and what to say, or listen to, or respond, or who to say it too. You also have the choice of going back and doing things differently, and the devs were kind enough to add a fast-forward button for you to skip unnecessary (Or just straight-up boring) dialogue.

On sale this game is 2$. It is not a masterpiece by any means, but it is way more fun than I originally expected.
