When you first go down the stairs, after getting the key from the dog, there is a door with scribbled marking on it at the end of a hallway. Is there a way to open it? Or is it just there. Cause I am still looking for one or two secrets (on my fourth playtrough now)....

Hi I’m currently trying to complete Deep Reserves, but after getting stuck at the same point multiple times, I guess I’ll resort to ask for help.
