Ragtime Area Bug Report

I’ve got a game breaking bug when entering the ragtime-themed area. The camera is constantly facing to the left, and character model is situated on the lower right of the screen. This section was unplayable for me, and I attempted it multiple times. Not being able to see doorways and enemies made me too frustrated to try and finish it....
