Compare to other game, perhaps the game is kinda too easy and doesnt have hundred of hours of contents. However, it have well crafted turn-based grid combat that feel super rewarding especially when you see the elemental chain explosion across the room. Combined with nice artstyle and punchy sound effect, it just bring joy to play from start until to the end.

The game split to 3 phases : Day 1 which tutorial, Day 2 with branching options with final boss and lastly the hard-mode darkness invasion. I would suggest you to at least stick with the game until day 2 where the crazy items / skill options finally opened up. Variety of stuff to try should easily entertain you around 30 hours, just good enough for bite-sized game.

It should be enjoyable for everyone, you dont need dexterity for real-time action game and combat loop is simple enough for you to pass any challenges. I would say this game perhaps closest to original rogue game with "enemy move after you move", albeit with some meta-progression and unlockable that make game more crazy with its RNG.

PSA : Dont forget to claim the DLC asap, I spent extra 10 hours to get that 1 particular elite for the last achievement.
