[PRISON] 2019 Chevrolet Express LAPD

Prisoners often need to be transported without using an patrol officer's vehicle. This allows for faster responses and more efficient use of the police force. The LAPD has a Chevrolet Express van for use in exactly that.

THIS IS THE PRISON VAN VERSION.

Use Service Vehicle Selector or Service Vehicle Manager (my preferred utility) to set police/prison vehicles types for your stations/prisons.

Use Invisible Spawn Points to fine tune your spawning and create more realistic depots!
