Added a rideable King Vulture to the game.

Features:

Added an enlarged rideable King Vulture
Naturally spawns on The Island, The Center, Scorched Earth and Ragnarok!
Passively tameable with rotten meat
Left-click attack does damage while being on ground and in the air
Right-click attack for picking up middle-sized dinos (like Argentavis)
Inventory can hold all items not just rotten meat
Balanced stats, no OP dino!

This mod is Great! I was looking for a Larger Vulture and this hit the spot. I would of course like to see a saddle or armor, but it's also fine like it is.

so the bird has a saddle slot but no saddle ingame.is this intended?

Anyone know the config line to reduce spawn weight? I'm getting a lot of these guys spawning everywhere. I was hoping to adjust them to be a little more rare.
