Adds a bola arrow for the crossbow.

Required Level: 25
Craftable in the inventory.

Crafting costs:
1 Stone arrow
1 Bola
5 Fiber

Hey @BlackHorde, this mod just brings crossbola arrows, they are shot with the regular crossbow. Or was the question about reusable crossbola arrwos? If so, I dont think the reusable grappling hook mod will make the crossbola reusable too.
