AutoNarc - Narcotic Drip

The narcotic drip can be placed within 6m of one or more unconscious dinos. If its inventory is filled with narcotics, it will deliver a constant supply of narcotic to each unconcious dinosaur in range. It triggers every 2 seconds. The amount of narcotic delivered is controlled by using the rate buttons in the radial menu. The rate is measured in torpor units per second. Narcotics are consumed from the inventory at the appropriate rate. 1 narcotic jar is sufficient to deliver 40 units of torpor. Activate to start and deactivate to stop the delivery.

The item can be picked up once used and will return to the inventory.

The decriptive text is changed to show the rate of delivery currently selected.

To create a drip, first create a 'med bench'. Place it and use that, with the appropriate resources, to create drip stands. (an sdk issue currently means that for easy use and upgrades, each mod has to create it's own bench type resource. rather than using a smithy or similar)
