Conquer Anywhere - Beastmen Edition

This mod allows all non-chaos factions, including beastmen, to conquer any region on the map regardless of culture type. Wood elves are left as they are in vanilla.

Known Issues:
- Once Beastmen settle, they will lose the ability to form a horde.
- Beastmen will use an alternate version of their existing horde buildings.
- Non-english versions of the game will have missing building names.
- Beastmen confederations turned off due to crash issue with them.
- If you have another mod that overwrites this mod's startpos, then Beastmen and Chaos will not be able to colonize.

In theory its save game/ongoing campaign compatible, but I haven't tested that fully. DO NOT DISABLE THIS MOD MID-CAMPAIGN after starting to use it.
