Ports and edits of X-COM Extra bits

Currently includes:
Close Range Sweater TM
Fancy Exalt Swag Vest TM

To do:
Fix issues with male exalt arms, possibly do some optimisation to everything

oh ps: until I work out how Alien Hunter armour animations work, they're not being supported by any of my mods, sorry.
