Omschrijving
Multiplayer mod. Actual mod version is # v a l o u r. Mod has 5.23Gb size in total(up to5.00Gb in downloading) and does not support GEM editor.

To reduce memory allocation issue
- use just two nations per game match
- set video to low option


This mod is no longer receiving updates in the form of new nations, but still receives periodic updates to newer versions and bug fixes. If you wish to see more nations added to the mod, you are welcome to create your own.

Can't be run with any other mod!

Adds new factions : France, Italy, Hungary, Poland, Finland, China, Romania, Greece, Bulgaria, Netherlands and N.Korea.

All units have been divided for time period settings usage.
Right war period for the nation should be selected in the MP game match settings:

Adds fighter aircrafts with light weapons and ground attack aircrafts for all factions.
Adds ships (boats/destroyers/light cruisers/submarines/torpedo boats/torpedo bombers) for Germany, Soviet Union, Great Britain, Italy, USA, Japan.


Adds AI units/bots in Combat & Front Line game modes.
Mod has been created especially for game vs bots in skirmish mode (in case of game vs bots DLC Airborne is required).


How to run as admin:
- find 'mowas_2.exe'/'mowas_2_ed.exe' files in the following folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Men of War Assault Squad 2" or "D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Men of War Assault Squad 2"
- use RMB to open 'Properties'
- set 'Run this program as an administrator' flag on the 'Compability' tab
- save value 'Run this program as an administrator' by click Apply or OK buttons.

Sequence of activity for war period selection
1)Select 'Game settings' (should be done before war period selection through 'Unit set')
2)Select 'Units' value (should be done before war period selection through 'Unit set')
3)Select 'Resource settings' value (should be done before war period selection through 'Unit set')
4)'Period selection' - Click to Browse (to select war period)
5)Remove 'WW2' war period from 'Included period' section
6)Remove 'n/a in WW2' from 'Excluded period' section
7)Move one required war period from 'Available periods' section onto 'Included period' section
8)Move 'n/a' for required period item from 'Available periods' section onto 'Excluded period' section
9)Press 'Ok' to save selection.

Be careful:
You can't select more than one war period.
In other case you will receive game crash.

Congratulations to the mod designers! Long hours of work, I imagine...
I really like your mod, the number of nations available, the military equipment, the AI, the sounds, and especially the ability to choose the period of the war! 39, 40, 41, 42... with the equipment available according to the year, the maps.

J’aime beaucoup votre mod, le nombre de nations à disposition, le matériel militaire, l’IA, les sons, et surtout la possibilité de choisir la période de guerre ! 39, 40, 41, 42… avec le matériel disponible selon l’année, les maps.

after trying more maps, it would see that its only some maps with this issue, but it also sounds like the sound for the match starting still plays for maps that have the weird black screen. it is impossible to close the game without tabbing out when its one of the bad maps.

correct me if im wrong, but did the mod get altered to be unplayable for multiplayer? seems i am unable to start a game, and when i try to leave the session it just becomes a black screen for about 3 seconds before putting my back into the session.

Кстати мне получилось интегрировать OLLAMA это прога которая запускает локальные нейронки LLM в логику бота, только игра зависает каждые 5 секунд. Еще бот может использовать общий чат, но примитивно

Можно еще приколы с флагами сделать, это пока одно из единственных мест для фантазии. Обычный бот распыляет юниты на все флаги, часть оставляет на захваченных, с таким тупым ботом это неэффективно, но можно и настроить так чтобы все юниты бота шли только на 1 флаг и там прям такая большая колонна идет по 1 линии

Вообще создатель AI для других модов говорит что есть API которые позволяют боту ползти до базы, устраивать засады итд, но типо код закрыт и никто ничего не знает. Я использовал его lua в ваниле и они работают, пытаюсь под себя адаптировать. В моем случае бот спами механизированную пехоту и грузовики, последние в отличии от обычной пехоты не останавливаются когда их атакуют. Можно создать белый и черный лист. Например чтобы бот брал только гренадеров, не брал ПТ-танки без башни и другие слабые с маленькой пробиваемостью.

Я правильно вас понимаю, что вы хотите не делая мод, как раз исключающий рассинхронизацию, если все игроки его используют, сделать ботов в режиме боя?
Считаю, что без мода сделать ботов для карт типа Бой не получится.

А ну тогда скорее всего рассинхроз будет, я просто хочу ботов в ваниле использовать, щас в моды почти никто не играет. Там можно хотя бы настраивать какие юниты будет брать мод, например только гренадеров и только пробивные танки, в общем все что любит средней игрок болота

Кто то может в редакторе это делает, чего я не умею, все карты редактировал в Notepad++.
И флаги так добавлял.
