Well, there are 3 factors : your Immunity skill, how much the food is supposed to give at 100%, and it's actual quality.
- For example, eating a 48% MRE will reduce 3% of your Immunity, whereas a 48% Bread won't change anything.
- Same, a 10% MRE will take more than half of your bar, while a 10% Bread will tickle it from a few points.
I conclude that the amount of Immunity loss is highly dependant on the satiety given : much food = much risks. That's why with minor foods, the values are inferior to 0, so the bar doesn't change.
