Japan Armor Units List

This is a complete guide for Japan armor. It's taken directly from in-game screenshots and its meant to be used either along with coffee to ponder your strategic choices, or in game while shift+tabed into steam overlay for quick information on opponents armor in order to counter it.

You can find links to other nations in the footer of this guide. I welcome a healthy discussion on which units are the most bang for the buck, as well as general Japan armor discussion in comments bellow. Have a good war!

I think when people think of tanks they automatically think Tank vs Tank. These tanks are clearly designed to fight infantry and emplacements. The Japanese tanks aren't bad if you are rating them based on their designated roles.

I like to think that there was one guy out there that read the Ho-Ri 1's description in battle and got super hyped, only to drive it to the front-line and watch it get killed by 1 guy in a t-shirt with an AT grenade dodging through machine gun fire like Neo from the Matrix to yeet it right in the gun mantlet.

I love Japanese armored units.
I wish they had been able to use them all in WW2. The battles would have been awesome.
