NO MERCY!

This mod is MOSTLY a merged mod, plus my own tweaks to balance difficulty, classes, and loot. THIS MOD REQUIRES SYNERGIES! GET IT!

Your load order should look like this:
1. (if you notice a particular mod doesn't work properly when loaded under No Mercy, then place it here. Only mod that I'm aware of is "Cosmetic Slots")
2. No Mercy
3 (anything else can go in between)
4. Synergies
Regardless of ANY mods you're using, Synergies should ALWAYS be LAST!

So what exactly does this mod do?
Please read below, I've listed all of the merged mods in this pack, followed by general information that is actually useful so you understand the changes.

Gameplay Section Overview
Monsters can now only crit for 40% of your total HP, but they overall hit harder and have more armor. DRINK THOSE POTIONS!
Resurrecting at an entrance will cost you 30% to Gold, EXP, and Fame. Don't complain.
Resurrecting at your current location will cost you 60% Gold, EXP, and Fame. It's called NO MERCY for a reason.
Depending on your difficulty, you will receive small boosts to Gold, EXP, and Fame.
For the Toy Collector mod, I removed the creeper and the robot guy. I also removed a lot of convenient vendors/enchanters. Why? Because that's just way too easy. Want enchants and sockets? Earn them like a real man.

I increased the cost for EVERYTHING in the game by roughly x3. It's not that bad, you know you have too much gold anyways.
Respec Potion's name has been changed and also requires lvl 10 to use = Potion of Unbound Fate
Restat potions have all been renamed and have their own stat requirements = Elixer of Omittance I, II, III, VI
I gave the restat potions a minimum requirement of stats because originally it was possible to crash the game if your stats fall below zero.
WARNING!! If you go to the Mapworks before completing Act 4, there is a very high chance that Compass the Map Collector in the Mapworks will not have any maps in stock. THIS IS INTENTIONAL!
SYNERGIES NPCs: I have REMOVED the merchant named Salan somethingsomething from the game. He was always in odd places and made towns feel a little more cramped. I have redistributed his items in acts 3 and 4, as well as the robot vendor in the Mapworks.
General item name/description fixes - I made a lot, I won't list them all.

@Killwind I would prefer to remain oblivious. I have no played this game in years - honestly I completely forgot I even made this. I want nothing to do with whatever drama might be happening.

Idk if you know what's going on, but your mod got caught in the crossfire in a discussion about a "gRAPE" game.

Any mod that adds dungeons (such as the Aegis crypt or Aegis sand dungeons added by no mercy) conflicts with Synergies, and cannot be played online. As soon as the second person joins, the first gets booted. It's a problem with synergies that faces many merge packs and dungeon add-on mods in multiplayer.

Well I found that with this mod on the hardeset difficulty I was getting hit for about a third of my life from (and needing 5 to 8 hits to kill) most elite mobs at my level. Then I twinked my toon and made the game way too easy. Balance is really hard to find while playing with mods.... I liked the exp pot drops... maybe a little too rare... 1 in the first act, 3 in the first part of the second. Buying pots of item find and combining it with fish of item find gave me 200% most of the time, which is a bit cheap and I usually like cheaper... but this loses it's specialness. (like my use of ...) I really liked the gold pots, which balance slightly with the higher costs. And I really liked the amount of specials: elites and champions and mini bosses. The 4 restat pots are maybe 2 too many. Those are my thoughts. Thanks for the intresting mod.

My and a friend of mine tried to play this online with a few other mods (Synergies, Far East pack, apocalypse, torchlight essentials, darkthanes classes) and when we tried to join eachothers games, torchlight would crash. We took NO MERCY off and tried again and we were able to play.

We really enjoy the NO MERCY mod and would like to play it in MULTI. Is there any way to get it working with the MODS i have listed?

Is there a way to uninstall this mod and go back to it just being just synegies mod? I keep crashing when changing gears. I only have No mercy, highloot and the synergies mod (in that order)

It instantly crashes when i try to play with a friend, we are both only using No mercy and synergies (in that order)

I have tried so many possible mod combinations that I'm really curious of what the gameplay looks like with your configuration. I may give it a try and send feedback
