You likely have other mods overwriting the variants_tables .table.
Although I have one question, are there any plans from your side to make this compatible with reskin Mods? Probably impossible or really time-consuming, since Variant_Tables is affected by those and you would have to rescale all of them accordingly, right?
I've made a few undocumented changes here and there, addressing models that were too massive on the campaign map, that share models with their battle versions. Reduced accordingly.
And yes any mod that edits varients_table will clashwith this one. There's no way to make the compatible, they editing the same thing. One COULD manually copy the changes from one into the other, but that's too much work, but possible.
Here is 200% mod. Unlisted, so don't lose the link! Completely untested, just changed the values in the db,but you're welcome to try.
